YourLifeCC.com (also referred to as "YourLife CC") is a software product owned and operated by Kingdom Creatives LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.

All references in these Terms to "we," "us," "our," or "the Company" refer to Kingdom Creatives LLC. All references to "the Service," "the App," or "YourLifeCC.com" refer to the YourLife CC application and website, which are assets of Kingdom Creatives LLC.

Kingdom Creatives LLC is the sole legal entity responsible for the Service. Any claims, disputes, or legal matters arising from your use of YourLifeCC.com must be directed to Kingdom Creatives LLC. The YourLifeCC.com brand name does not constitute a separate legal entity.

Data residency: All user data collected through YourLifeCC.com is stored and processed primarily in the United States. By using the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using YourLifeCC.com, creating an account, clicking any "I agree," "Sign Up," or "Get Started" button, or by continued use of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are creating an account for a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor, that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf, and that you expressly consent to the binding arbitration clause and class action waiver in Section 11 on the minor's behalf. You accept personal responsibility for the minor's compliance with these Terms and for any outcomes resulting from their use of the Service under your account. By proceeding, you affirm that you understand and agree to these Terms in full, including all limitations of liability and waivers of legal rights, as they apply both to you and to any minor for whom you are creating or managing an account.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

• You must be 18 or older to create an account, or have documented parental or guardian consent if between 13 and 17. The Service is generally intended for families with children ages 8–21, though it may be used by adults without children for personal life-skills purposes.
• Children under 13 may only use the Service under direct parental supervision through a parent-created account, in compliance with COPPA
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you
• You must notify us immediately at info@kingdom-creatives.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• You may not create accounts for others without their express permission (or documented parental permission for minors)
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties outside your immediate household

Parental revocation of minor access: As the account holder, a parent or guardian may revoke a child's access to their profile at any time by removing the child profile within the app or by contacting us at info@kingdom-creatives.com. Upon removal of a child profile, all data associated with that profile — including journal entries, quiz responses, chore records, and behavioral notes — will be deleted from active databases within 24 hours, subject to the backup retention period described in the Privacy Policy. Revocation of a child's access does not affect the parent account or the data of other child profiles on the same account.

Disputes involving minor accounts: All disputes arising from a minor's use of the Service are the sole legal responsibility of the parent or guardian who created and manages the account. The parent or guardian is the contracting party — minors have no independent legal standing under these Terms. If a parent or guardian disputes activity that occurred under a child profile they control, they must follow the dispute resolution process in Section 11 as the account holder. Kingdom Creatives LLC will not negotiate directly with minors regarding account disputes, data requests, or billing matters.

3. USE OF THE SERVICE

You may use YourLifeCC.com for personal, non-commercial family productivity and educational purposes consistent with its intended design. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our backend systems
• Transmit harmful, offensive, threatening, or illegal content through the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Service without written permission from Kingdom Creatives LLC
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code into the Service

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR HARM NEW

Intended purpose — not a surveillance tool: YourLifeCC.com is designed as a collaborative life-skills and family organization tool. It is not designed, intended, or to be used as a surveillance system, child tracking application, or covert monitoring platform. Features that allow parents to view child activity within the app are intended to facilitate parental guidance — not covert monitoring or control of any person without their knowledge.

YourLifeCC.com is a positive family productivity and life-skills tool. The Service must not be used in any manner that harms, demeans, coerces, or psychologically damages any person, particularly a child.

You expressly agree not to use the Service, its features, or any data collected through it to:

• Harass, demean, belittle, shame, or psychologically abuse any child or family member
• Surveil, monitor, or control a child in a manner that constitutes abuse or violates their dignity
• Use reward, penalty, or accountability features as instruments of emotional manipulation or coercion
• Threaten, intimidate, or coerce any person using information or records from the app
• Facilitate bullying, whether between children or directed at a child by an adult
• Violate any child protection, child welfare, or domestic relations law

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to appropriate authorities.

5. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

YourLifeCC.com offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid plans:

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Kingdom Creatives LLC never stores, sees, or has access to your full payment card number or banking details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@kingdom-creatives.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is a billing error.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days written notice before any price increase takes effect.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features, with your data retained for 90 days before account deletion.

5A. SPONSOR A FAMILY PROGRAM NEW

YourLifeCC.com operates a voluntary "Sponsor a Family" program through which individuals, churches, organizations, or other third parties ("Sponsors") may pay for access on behalf of families who cannot afford a subscription ("Sponsored Users"). The following terms govern participation in this program by both Sponsors and Sponsored Users.

For Sponsors:

• By completing a sponsor payment, you agree that your payment funds free access for one or more families matched from our waitlist — you are not purchasing a subscription for yourself
• Sponsor payments are non-refundable once a family has been matched and their access activated. If no match has been made within 30 days of payment, you may request a refund by contacting info@kingdom-creatives.com.
• Sponsors have no access to, control over, or visibility into the sponsored family's account, data, or activity. We will confirm only that a match was made and access was activated.
• Sponsoring a specific family you know does not guarantee that match — it is subject to that family completing a waitlist registration and our review and approval process
• Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to decline any sponsorship application or waitlist match at our sole discretion
• Sponsor payments are processed through Stripe. Kingdom Creatives LLC never stores your full payment card information.

For Sponsored Users:

• Sponsored access is subject to all the same Terms of Service as paid access — there is no difference in obligations or responsibilities between paid and sponsored users
• Sponsored access duration depends on the amount contributed by your sponsor (1 month, 3 months, or 1 year). There is no guarantee of renewal or continued sponsorship after your sponsored period ends.
• Kingdom Creatives LLC makes no guarantee that a sponsor will be found for your application, or within any specific timeframe. Waitlist position may change as new sponsors and applicants join.
• Applying to the waitlist does not create a contractual obligation on the part of Kingdom Creatives LLC to provide access
• Information submitted in your waitlist application is used solely for matching and program administration purposes — see our Privacy Policy for full details

Program availability: Kingdom Creatives LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Sponsor a Family program at any time with reasonable notice. Active sponsored access periods in progress at the time of discontinuation will be honored through their expiration date.

5B. PROMOTIONAL CONTESTS & SWEEPSTAKES NEW

Kingdom Creatives LLC may from time to time operate promotional contests, sweepstakes, or prize drawings (collectively, "Contests") open to users and prospective users of YourLifeCC.com. Participation in any Contest is subject to these Terms of Service and any additional rules posted at the time of the Contest. In the event of a conflict, the Contest-specific rules govern.

Eligibility:

• Contests are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated in the specific Contest rules
• Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Kingdom Creatives LLC, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win any Contest
• Void where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction
• Creating multiple accounts or entries using false information to gain additional entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification

How to enter: Entry methods and the number of entries awarded for each method are described in the Contest rules published at yourlifecc.com/contest.html. Entry methods may include, but are not limited to: creating a free account, referring new users, sponsoring a family, or sharing on social media. No purchase is necessary to enter or win any Contest.

Entry limits & fairness:

• Each eligible person may earn entries only through the methods described in the official Contest rules
• Automated, programmatic, bulk, or fraudulent entry methods are prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification of all entries associated with the account
• Referral entries are awarded only when the referred person creates a new, legitimate account using your unique referral link — self-referrals and referrals of existing users are not eligible
• Social media share entries are awarded on an honor system. Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to verify claimed entries and disqualify any entry that cannot be confirmed
• Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to audit entry counts and disqualify entries obtained through abuse of the entry system at its sole discretion

Prize guarantee & drawing:

• The prize, drawing date, odds, and any applicable restrictions will be published in the Contest rules. Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Sponsor will ensure that at least one prize is awarded for each Contest. Prize funding is not contingent upon contest participation levels, sales volume, or referral activity.
• Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• A purchase or payment does not increase an entrant's odds of winning. Free entry methods provide an equal opportunity to participate in the drawing.
• The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their account within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected
• If a selected winner is found ineligible, fails verification, or fails to claim the prize, Sponsor will conduct an alternate drawing to select a new winner
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and where permitted by law, a publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize
• Kingdom Creatives LLC is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery

Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes on prizes received. Because the current YourLife CC contest prize ($5,000) exceeds the federal Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold of $2,000 (effective tax year 2026 under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act), Kingdom Creatives LLC will: (a) collect a completed IRS Form W-9 from the winner prior to prize payment; (b) issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner by January 31 of the year following the year in which the prize is received; and (c) file a copy with the IRS by February 28 of that same year. Failure to provide a completed W-9 within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize. Kingdom Creatives LLC does not withhold taxes from prize payments.

FTC disclosure & social media: This promotion is governed by the Federal Trade Commission Act and FTC Endorsement Guidelines. When sharing your referral link or posting about any Contest on social media, you must clearly disclose your participation. Use of the full hashtag #YourLifeCC_Sweepstakes or an equivalent clear statement is required. Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries associated with non-compliant promotional activity.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, entry in a Contest constitutes winner's consent to use of their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes by Kingdom Creatives LLC without additional compensation.

General conditions: Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Contest at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor outside our reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. These Contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform. Void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.

Contest liability release: By entering any Contest, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Kingdom Creatives LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from participation in any Contest, the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or any contest-related activity.

We do not claim ownership of your data. We will not use your personal content for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service.

Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any loss of data, productivity, or revenue caused by service interruptions, outages, or downtime, whether or not related to beta features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features and pricing tiers, with reasonable advance notice. We will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing the Service entirely.

Liability cap: Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Kingdom Creatives LLC in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD). This cap applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingdom Creatives LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any harm — physical, psychological, emotional, or developmental — caused to a child or family member through your use, misuse, or negligent or inappropriate application of the Service's features, including but not limited to misuse of reward systems, chore tracking, goal accountability, behavioral monitoring, or any other feature in a manner that is harmful, coercive, or contrary to the child's wellbeing
• Any content you enter into the Service that infringes, violates, or misappropriates any third-party right or applicable law
• Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct in connection with the Service
• Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Service, including misrepresentation of your authority to act on behalf of a minor
• Any claim arising from your failure to obtain proper parental or guardian consent for a minor's use of the Service

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER NEW

Informal resolution first: Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at info@kingdom-creatives.com and describe your dispute. We will attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Service — including questions about the validity, enforceability, or scope of this arbitration clause — shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at adr.org. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator shall have authority to award any remedy available at law or in equity.

Location: Arbitration may be conducted in Canyon County, Idaho or by videoconference. For claims under $10,000, either party may elect to conduct the arbitration solely by submission of documents.

Fees: AAA filing fees are governed by AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules. If your claim does not exceed $10,000, Kingdom Creatives LLC will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER — READ CAREFULLY: YOU AND KINGDOM CREATIVES LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT AND RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entire arbitration clause shall be void and disputes shall be resolved in the courts described in Section 14.

JURY TRIAL WAIVER: IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN ARBITRATION, YOU AND KINGDOM CREATIVES LLC EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Exceptions: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent irreparable harm, without waiving the right to arbitrate the underlying claim.

Severability: If any part of this arbitration clause (other than the class action waiver) is found unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue in effect.

12. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@kingdom-creatives.com. Upon your request, we will delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Effect of termination on paid accounts: If you terminate a paid subscription account, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for unused time unless termination is the result of a material breach by Kingdom Creatives LLC or required by applicable law. After your billing period ends, your account will be downgraded or closed and paid features will no longer be accessible.

Effect of termination on sponsored accounts: If you are a Sponsored User and your account is terminated — whether by you, by us, or due to expiration of the sponsored period — any remaining sponsored access time is forfeited. No refund will be issued to the sponsoring party for unused sponsored time following voluntary termination by the Sponsored User.

Data retention upon termination: Following account deletion or termination, your profile data and app data will be removed from active databases within 24 hours. Encrypted backup snapshots may retain your data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. Marketing suppression records (unsubscribe and opt-out records) are retained indefinitely as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and deletion timelines.

Termination for cause: We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, particularly Section 4 (Prohibited Conduct), or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the safety of any person. We may also terminate accounts for non-payment after reasonable notice. In cases of termination for cause, you may not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

Upon termination for any reason, your right to access or use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6 (content responsibility), 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14 of these Terms survive termination.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our Service, or our business practices. We distinguish between material and non-material changes:

• Material changes — including but not limited to changes to the arbitration clause, class action waiver, liability cap, indemnification scope, or prohibited conduct sections — will be communicated with at least 14 days advance notice by email to the address associated with your account and by posting the updated Terms at yourlifecc.com/terms.html with a new effective date prominently displayed.
• Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations, or additions of new informational sections — may be made without advance notice, though we will always update the effective date.

What constitutes agreement: Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your affirmative acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account before the effective date without penalty. We will not retroactively apply new Terms to disputes that arose before the effective date of those Terms.

How we notify you: Notices of material changes will be sent to the email address on file for your account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current and to check your inbox, including spam or junk folders. Kingdom Creatives LLC is not responsible for your failure to receive notice if your email address is invalid, inactive, or if our emails are filtered. 14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kingdom Creatives LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules or principles. All disputes arising under or related to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Service shall be resolved under Idaho law. Subject to the arbitration clause in Section 11, any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Canyon County, Idaho, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

International users — GDPR & CCPA notice: YourLifeCC.com is operated from the United States and is primarily intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

• European users (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent (given at account creation) and the performance of our contract with you. You have rights under the GDPR including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@kingdom-creatives.com. We will respond within 30 days. Please note that some GDPR rights may be limited where they conflict with our legal obligations or the rights of third parties. Kingdom Creatives LLC does not have a formal EU data representative at this time — if this applies to your use of the Service, please consider whether YourLifeCC.com is appropriate for you.
• California users (CCPA): California residents have the right to know what personal data we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal data). If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
